This article depicts some of the Frequently Asked Questions about AnswerHub permissions.

Information

• Question: Why can’t the users in a specific group on my site access all of the spaces, and perform all of the activities, for which they have been granted permission?
  
  
• Answer: The most likely reason you are having an issue is that your user belongs to 2 different groups that have conflicting permissions set.
  
  Important Note on Super Users: It is almost always the Users group that causes this issue for Super Users. A user in the Super Users group should never be in the Users group. To fix this issue moving forward you should manually remove each user from the Users group when they are added to the Super User group.
  
  For all other issues, you must explicitly grant permissions to a user or group for the site or space you are having issues with.
  
  
• Question: How do I use permission recipes?
  
  
• Answer: Currently the only active permissions recipe settings are related to granting permissions by reputation. The recipe functionality will be expanded in future AnswerHub releases.
